Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless workflow and communication. Develop and maintain project schedules, adjusting timelines as necessary to meet project milestones. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that arise promptly. Ensure all work is performed in accordance with OSHA standards to maintain a safe working environment. Provide leadership and guidance to construction teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Requirements Proven experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar role within the construction industry. Strong knowledge of construction management principles and practices.
