Job Description Supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers to maintain project timelines and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies on the construction site. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and address any issues promptly. Prepare and submit daily and weekly project reports to stakeholders. Manage and mentor on-site construction teams, ensuring productivity and quality standards are met. Resolve any on-site conflicts or challenges that may arise during the construction process. Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. The Successful Applicant A successful Lead Superintendent should have: A strong background in construction management, with a focus on large-scale projects. Proven ability to lead and manage on-site teams effectively. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in the construction industry. Proficiency in reading and interpreting construction plans and blueprints. Experience working within the business services industry is a plus.
