Job Overview Skanska is searching for a dynamic Superintendent

- Electrical is responsible for field operations in assigned areas or aspects of the project. He/she ensures the work is performed in a safe, timely, profitable, and ethical manner, in accordance with contract documents, design, budget, and schedule. He/she directly supervises field labor forces and Assistant Superintendents. The Superintendent
- Electrical is responsible for planning, directing, and guiding the business goals, plans, and processes for the electrical scope of work. He/She is responsible for the safe, compliant, and effective execution of electrical and instrument work. Superintendent
Electrical Required Qualifications:
7+ years of being a Safety and QAQC Cultural knowledge 10+ years of proven MEP construction experience 7+ years of electrical trade specific knowledge 5+ years experience managing schedules and subcontractors, and coordinating with architectural trades 5+ years experience working with contracts and exhibits 5+ years experience with detailed planning and demonstrated ability to understand plans and specs Bachelor's Degree- Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or similar or 8 years equivalent experience plus minimum 12 years prior relevant experience Our Investment in you: We believe that Benefits should connect you to the support you need when it matters most, and should help you care for those who matter most.
