Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Civil Foreman to lead and supervise civil construction crews on telecommunications tower projects. The Civil Foreman is responsible for overseeing daily field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and according to quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, construction knowledge, and the ability to coordinate personnel, equipment, and subcontractors. Key Responsibilities Supervise and direct civil construction crews on tower foundation and site development projects Coordinate daily jobsite activities, manpower, equipment, and materials Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and site plans Ensure work is completed according to project requirements and company standards Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA and company safety policies Monitor project progress and communicate updates to project managers and supervisors Coordinate with inspectors, utility providers, subcontractors, and customers as needed Complete daily reports, timekeeping, and project documentation Identify and resolve field issues to maintain project schedules Ensure proper use and maintenance of company vehicles, tools, and equipment Qualifications Minimum 2-5 years of experience in civil construction, site development, utility, or telecommunications construction Previous foreman or crew leadership experience preferred Ability to read and understand construction plans and specifications Knowledge of excavation, concrete, grading, drainage, and foundation construction Strong leadership and communication skills Valid driver's license with a clean driving record CDL preferred but not required Ability to travel as required by project needs OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification preferred Physical Requirements Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Ability to walk uneven terrain and active construction sites Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to stand, bend, kneel, and perform physical construction activities as needed Benefits Competitive salary based on experience Overtime opportunities Company vehicle (if applicable) Per diem and travel pay Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off and holidays Retirement plan options Career advancement opportunities Schedule Full-Time Monday-Friday, with overtime and occasional weekend work as needed Travel required Pay Range Salary DOE (Dependent on Experience) Why Join Us?
