$70,000 - $110,000 Looking for a role where your construction expertise makes a visible difference every single day? We're seeking an accomplished Project Field Supervisor to lead on-site operations for commercial construction and site development projects in the Willowbrook area. About the
Role:
As our Project Field Supervisor, you'll be the essential link between planning and execution. You'll manage all field activities, coordinate subcontractors, enforce safety standards, and ensure every project meets quality, budget, and timeline expectations. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who thrives on solving challenges and driving results.
What You'll Accomplish:
Oversee daily site operations, ensuring subcontractors perform according to contract specifications Review construction documents for errors and coordinate resolutions with project management Organize and lead preconstruction meetings with subcontractors and municipal representatives Monitor weather conditions and adjust work plans to maintain productivity and safety Coordinate all temporary utilities, construction stakeouts, and material storage areas Maintain updated construction schedules with regular communication to the office team Perform daily site inspections for erosion control, safety compliance, and general cleanliness Manage material deliveries, verify against purchase orders, and track earthwork operations Ensure OSHA safety compliance across all subcontractors and site activities Lead weekly on-site meetings, document proceedings, and submit comprehensive reports Coordinate private testing, utility installations, and all inspection requirements Oversee project closeout including as-builts, punch lists, and final inspections
What You Need:
Minimum 7 years of construction experience with strong knowledge of commercial and site development Comprehensive understanding of building codes, OSHA regulations, and construction standards Proficiency with Microsoft Office, MS Project, plan reading, and budget management Excellent scheduling and coordination abilities Strong communication skills, both written and verbal Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with diverse teams High school diploma required; college degree preferred
