We're looking for a Field Project Manager who can take ownership of projects in the field and see them through successfully. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who can lead trades, manage schedules, communicate confidently with clients, and stay actively involved to keep projects on track and standards high. Variety & Impact:
Work on a wide range of projects, from whole-house remodels to custom media rooms and more What You'll Do Manage day-to-day field operations to keep projects on schedule, on budget, and built to a high standard Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, inspections, and site logistics Perform carpentry, demolition, punch list work and other practical work as needed Communicate proactively with clients, providing updates and managing expectations throughout the project Monitor quality, resolve issues quickly, and maintain a clean, safe, professional jobsite Work closely with internal teams on schedules, budgets, change orders, labor needs, and project success What You Bring Experience managing residential remodeling or construction projects in the field Practical experience across carpentry and general jobsite tasks, with the ability to step in wherever needed to keep projects progressing Ability to manage subcontractors and crews and maintain accountability on site Professional communication skills with clients, vendors, and coworkers Strong organization and follow-through in a fast-moving environment Pride in delivering high-quality work and creating a positive client experience mdIZtJR1Go
