$100,000 - $130,000We are seeking a skilled HVAC Estimator/Project Manager to support both pre-construction and project execution. This role combines technical estimating expertise with hands-on project leadership to ensure accurate bids, successful delivery, and strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

EstimatingReview project plans, specifications, and bid documents to develop detailed HVAC cost estimatesPerform material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor take-offsSolicit, analyze, and compare vendor and subcontractor proposalsPrepare and submit competitive bids and proposal packagesIdentify value engineering options that reduce cost without compromising qualityMaintain and update estimating databases and historical cost recordsProject ManagementManage HVAC projects from award through closeoutDevelop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and milestonesCoordinate with clients, general contractors, engineers, and internal teamsOversee procurement of materials, equipment, and subcontracted workTrack progress, costs, and change orders to ensure on-time, on-budget deliveryEnsure compliance with contract requirements, codes, and safety standardsConduct site visits and participate in project meetingsTroubleshoot project challenges and proactively mitigate risksFinancial & AdministrativeMonitor job costs, profitability, and financial performancePrepare and review RFIs, submittals, and change ordersSupport billing, invoicing, and project reportingMaintain accurate project documentation and recordsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or related field (preferred)3-7+ years of experience in HVAC estimating and/or project managementStrong understanding of HVAC systems, installation practices, and industry standardsProficiency with estimating software (e.g., FastPIPE, Trimble, Bluebeam)Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsExcellent organizational, communication, and negotiation skillsValid driver's license
