  • Northern, VA will be responsible for: Lead all on-site construction activities from groundbreaking through project completion Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to ensure project milestones are achieved Manage site logistics, scheduling, safety compliance, and quality control initiatives Coordinate daily with project management teams, owners, architects, and consultants Drive project progress and proactively resolve field-related challenges Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget expectations Conduct regular jobsite meetings and maintain accurate project documentation Monitor sitework operations and coordinate critical construction sequencing activities Maintain strong client relationships and represent the company professionally on-site Mentor assistant superintendents and field staff while fostering a positive team culture MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.

  • Northern, VA should have: Experience as a Superintendent on ground-up construction projects Previous experience managing K-12, higher education, municipal, commercial, or similar large-scale projects preferred Ability to oversee projects ranging from $30M to $150M+ in value Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, scheduling, and site logistics Proven track record of managing subcontractors and driving project schedules Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills Experience with significant sitework scopes is highly desirable Ability to work onsite throughout Northern Virginia project locations What's on Offer The Superintendent•Education/Federal•Northern, VA will receive: Competitive annual salary ranging•$120,000 to $140,000.
