Job Description

The LEAPS Afterschool Program is immediately seeking to fill a part-time Site Coordinator position at Enosburg Elementary School. LEAPS runs a 2 hr afterschool program for 30 weeks of the school-year and a five-week summer camp. This position is an extended school year position with 25 hours per week while school is in session, and up to 40 hours during summer camp with flexible planning hours to be used during school breaks and for professional development. The primary role and responsibility of the Site Coordinator is to develop and implement afterschool programs at EES that provide youth opportunities to grow and learn in ways that are meaningful and supportive. Duties include but are not limited to: the development of program activities, hiring and supervising staff, overseeing behavior management, creating program flyers, and grant reporting. The ideal candidates will have experience in education, program design, program management, and will have basic computer skills. The Site Coordinator is required to be on site during the afterschool program from 1:30 5:30 pm. The summer programs will run 8am - 3pm.
