Job Description Support Project Managers with the planning and execution of multiple construction projects simultaneously Assist with project scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination Track project documentation, RFIs, submittals, change orders, and progress reporting Collaborate with field teams, clients, architects, and subcontractors throughout the project lifecycle Participate in project meetings and maintain communication between office and field operations Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, quality standards, and safety compliance Assist with project closeout activities and turnover documentation Gain exposure to all phases of construction through a structured development and mentorship environment MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
