About BB-Builders Pro BB-Builders Pro is a family-owned remodeling and construction company. We specialize in kitchen and bathroom remodeling, whole-home renovations, additions, ADUs, basements, outdoor living, and other residential construction projects. We combine hands-on craftsmanship with modern construction practices and a strong focus on quality, communication, and customer satisfaction. Our team manages projects from planning through completion, with a commitment to delivering professional results and a great experience for every homeowner. We're looking for an Operations Manager who knows construction, gets things done, and knows how to keep a lot of moving pieces on track.
Responsibilities:
Subcontractors & Vendors:
Build the bench, negotiate pricing, manage compliance, and hold partners accountable.
Production:
Own the master schedule and make sure every job has the right crew, materials, and resources at the right time.
Project Coordinators:
Lead, train, coach, and hold the team accountable.
Problem Solving:
Take ownership of major delays, quality issues, change orders, damage, and subcontractor disputes.
Profitability:
Protect gross margins by catching scope gaps, overruns, rework, and production issues early.
Operations:
Build better systems and processes as we continue to grow. What We're Looking For 5+ years in remodeling, construction, or construction operations Proven experience managing subcontractors and multiple projects Strong understanding of scheduling, job costing, and margins Strong leadership and communication skills Highly organized, proactive, and accountable Comfortable making decisions and solving problems in the field Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What You Get $100,000-$125,000 base + uncapped bonus Structured company bonus plan PTO Health, dental & vision insurance 401(k) with company match Opportunity to grow into a larger leadership role The chance to have a direct impact on how the company operates and grows
Pay:
