Job Summary:
The Field Manager is responsible for supervising Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and ensuring the implementation of client support plans. This role is responsible for the daily operations of client households and support, focusing on maintaining client autonomy, health, and safety.

CEO, COO, Client Staffing Specialist, Scheduling Manager, Training, Client Finance Manager, Client Benefits Manager, Program Coordinator, Field Assistants, Field Supervisors Responsibilities and Duties:
  • DSP Supervision Run and analyze reports to identify complete and accurate documentation of client plans, reporting discrepancies to Field Supervisor.
Provide training, supervision, and feedback to DSPs. Ensure accurate, timely, and complete documentation. Provide progressive discipline, when necessary, with Field Supervisor support. Ensure continuity of staffing when scheduling appointments and tasks to maintain consistency of support.
  • Client Support Create a positive and supportive environment for both clients and staff.
Responsible for assuring client IFP's are implemented & documentation is complete and accurate. Provide by example and instruction the effective implementation of client support plans. Provide timely follow up for incidents in Therap GER's. Ensure accurate financial tracking and physical asset management. Coordinate medical appointments, medications, and daily routines. Act as a point of contact for service providers, medical professionals, and families. Participate in ongoing plan reviews and updates. Provide or coordinate transportation for client support.
  • Management of Client Homes Maintain up to date communication with Team and Field Supervisors regarding all client support.
Ensure client homes are maintained to meet health and safety standards. Coordinate property maintenance and assist with seasonal needs. Support compliance with lease obligations and property management tasks. Ensure medications, medical supplies and PPE are ordered in a timely manner.
  • On-Call Responsibilities Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, providing after-hours support.
Complete required documentation while on-call and respond to emergency situations. Other duties as assigned by Supervisor Expectations Demonstrate professionalism while maintaining a positive attitude in all interactions with clients and staff. Effective time management, ensuring tasks are completed promptly and efficiently. Maintain open and timely communication with supervisors and other team members and attend meetings as required. Coordinate closely with other departments to ensure smooth communication and collaboration across all levels of the organization. Adhere to state and agency administrative and personnel policies while supporting the vision, goals and values of Access Living, Inc. Maintain compliance with required training, certifications, and annual continuing education credits. Responsible for meeting all other requirements outlined in the DSP job description. Required Skills/Abilities Strong organization with keen attention to detail. Run and interpret reports with a focus on completion and accuracy. Excellent verbal and written communication. Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Suite (including Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams), internet browsers, and general computer navigation. Strong problem-solving with the capability to identify issues and implement solutions efficiently. Qualifications 21 years of age or older with a high school diploma or equivalent Must have a valid driver's license and reliable insured vehicle for travel to various sites as needed. Must be able to pass and maintain an acceptable background check.
