JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a skilled, proactive, and highly reliable Site Lead to oversee day-to-day activities on active residential construction projects. This role is responsible for helping keep projects organized, moving forward, and aligned with the project scope through strong communication, coordination, documentation, and field support. As the Site Lead, you will serve as the eyes and ears on the ground for the Owner, helping ensure projects stay organized, productive, and aligned with company standards. You will act as the primary field point of contact for subcontractors and jobsite-related questions, helping coordinate daily activities, maintain organized and professional jobsites, document project progress, and proactively identify issues before they become larger problems. The ideal candidate has residential construction experience, understands jobsite flow and sequencing, communicates well with subcontractors, and takes pride in maintaining high standards of organization, quality, and professionalism. This position requires someone who is self-motivated, dependable, capable of working independently, and comfortable taking ownership of daily field operations while collaborating closely with the Owner and Administrative Coordinator. While many day-to-day questions and issues can be handled independently, larger decisions, scope changes, unusual situations, and client-facing matters should be escalated to the Owner for direction. This is a hands-on role that combines field coordination, project documentation, jobsite organization, subcontractor coordination, and occasional labor to help keep projects moving efficiently. It is an excellent opportunity for an experienced carpenter or construction professional who is interested in growing into greater leadership and project management responsibilities over time. This position has the potential to grow into a Construction Manager role with increased responsibility as the business expands and the right candidate develops into the position.
