Various properties in King & Snohomish Counties (assigned daily)
Schedule:
Full-Time | Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30
PM On-Call:
Weekend rotation as needed Compensation $28.00 - $35.00 per hour (DOE) Benefits PTO + Sick Time (accrued) Additional 40 hours of vacation annually 10 Paid Holidays About the Role This is not a typical laborer position. We're hiring a Construction Project Lead / Site Supervisor to be the person who keeps our projects moving—on schedule, on budget, and up to our standards. You'll be out in the field every day visiting job sites, coordinating subcontractors, solving problems, and making sure work is getting done the right way. About 70% of your time is running projects, and about 30% is jumping in yourself—handling finish work, knocking out punch lists, or filling gaps to keep momentum. If you like being in control of projects, staying busy, and seeing real progress every day, this role is built for you. Who We Are Quiver Construction is a fast-moving real estate and construction company focused on rental properties, remodels, and fix-and-flip projects across the Puget Sound. We're a small, high-output team—no layers of management, no red tape. The people here take ownership, move fast, and care about the end result. If something needs to get done, we figure it out and make it happen. What You'll Be Doing Run multiple job sites at once—keeping projects moving and on schedule Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and deliveries Walk properties, check quality, and build punch lists Solve problems in real time so projects don't stall Communicate updates clearly with the team Sequence trades and keep jobs flowing efficiently Step in and handle hands-on work when needed (~30%) Oversee unit turns and get units rent-ready on time Keep job sites clean, organized, and professional Help source materials and manage basic logistics Handle small admin tasks (updates, notes, tracking progress) Be part of the on-call rotation for urgent issues What We're Looking For 3-7+ years of construction experience Someone who can run a job—not just work on one Experience coordinating subs or managing projects is a big plus Strong knowledge of residential construction (carpentry, drywall, basic plumbing/electrical) Organized, reliable, and able to juggle multiple projects Problem-solver who doesn't wait around for direction Willing to jump in and get your hands dirty when needed Valid driver's license Why This Job Is Different You're not stuck doing the same thing every day You'll have real control over projects—not just taking orders Mix of field leadership and hands-on work Small team = your work actually matters Clear opportunity to grow into a higher-level role as we expand If you're the type who likes to stay busy, take ownership, and see projects through from start to finish—we want to talk.
