We are a design/build firm with a talented staff of craftsman and designers. Our high-end clientele demands a strong focus on quality and exceptional customer service. Residential Jobsite Superintendent We are seeking an experienced and dependable Construction Site Superintendent to oversee multiple active construction projects and ensure jobs remain on schedule, organized, and running efficiently. This role requires someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable walking several job sites daily to monitor progress, identify issues early, and keep projects moving forward. Responsibilities Walk multiple job sites daily to monitor progress, quality, safety, and scheduling Ensure projects stay on track with construction timelines and deadlines Identify missing materials, delays, subcontractor issues, or jobsite problems before they impact production Report project concerns, deficiencies, delays, or issues directly to Steve in a timely manner Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and daily field activities Maintain clean, organized, and professional jobsites Read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction documents Conduct regular progress updates and communicate effectively with project management Ensure work is completed according to plans and company standards Qualifications 5+ years of construction superintendent, foreman, or field management experience Strong understanding of construction sequencing and scheduling Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Excellent communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills Ability to recognize issues quickly and follow through on solutions Experience working with subcontractors and inspectors Valid driver's license and reliable transportation What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Opportunity for long-term growth Consistent project pipeline Team-oriented work environment Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance 401(k) plan with 4% matching. Pay:
$75,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
