In person About the Role Landall is looking for an experienced Restoration & Reconstruction Project Manager to oversee residential restoration and reconstruction projects from initial assessment through final completion. This role combines construction knowledge, project coordination, customer communication, budgeting, scheduling, and problem-solving. The Project Manager is responsible for keeping multiple projects moving forward while maintaining strong communication, accurate documentation, quality workmanship, and customer satisfaction. We're looking for a proactive leader who communicates clearly, adapts to changing conditions, and takes ownership of project outcomes. What You'll Do Manage residential restoration and reconstruction projects from start to finish Forecast project needs and coordinate labor, materials, and subcontractors Communicate professionally with customers and internal team members Distribute scopes of work and project information promptly Build and maintain strong customer relationships Lead project meetings and coordinate across teams Prepare work plans, change orders, and status reports Track project progress and maintain accurate project documentation Provide weekly updates to customers and office staff Monitor project performance, schedules, and budgets Uphold Landall's standards for quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Required Qualifications Minimum 2 years of residential construction Project Management experience Minimum 5 years of hands-on residential construction experience , including carpentry, painting, framing, drywall, or similar trades Strong understanding of residential construction materials, vendors, budgeting, and scheduling Minimum 2 years of experience using a CRM database Minimum 2 years of experience with Xactimate, Change Orders, and Supplements Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills Preferred Qualifications Experience working with industry TPAs and subcontractors 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Office programs 3+ years of experience working with insurance adjusters What Makes You a Strong Fit You take pride in your work and understand the importance of craftsmanship, accountability, and professionalism.
