Job Description

Oregon & Washington | Travel Required Anderson Environmental Contracting, LLC (AEC) is seeking an experienced Site Superintendent to lead field operations within our environmental construction division. This role is ideal for a working superintendent who can both lead crews and perform hands-on field work. The successful candidate will oversee all facets of environmental construction while ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. AEC performs projects throughout Oregon and Washington, and this position requires regional travel and occasional overnight stays. Compensation & Benefits AEC offers a competitive, above-industry compensation package, including: Employer-paid Medical Insurance Vision & Dental coverage options Supplemental Medical Insurance (Aflac) Generous Paid Time Off 401(k) with Company Match Company Vehicle or Vehicle Allowance Cell Phone or Phone Allowance Flexible Work Schedule Opportunity to work with a growing environmental contractor with plemty of exposure to prevailing wage work Key Responsibilities Supervise and lead field crews on environmental construction projects Organize daily work activities based on project plans, specifications, and schedules Coordinate manpower, equipment, materials, and subcontractors Assist the Project Manager with project planning, estimating, and vendor coordination Perform hands-on construction work when needed Maintain daily reports, safety documentation, and field records Track labor, material usage, and production progress Operate heavy equipment and specialized construction tools Ensure all work is performed in compliance with EPA, OSHA, and state regulations Update project schedules and communicate field progress to project management Required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent 5+ years' experience in construction, or environmental construction 2+ years supervisory experience in field construction Ability to operate heavy equipment and construction tools Strong understanding of construction safety practices Ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple field activities Valid driver's license and ability to travel Preferred Certifications 40-Hour
