Job Description
We're looking for an experienced Carpet Cleaning Manager to lead daily operations, manage a growing team of technicians, and ensure exceptional service quality for our property management clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team leadership — Train, coach, and supervise carpet cleaning technicians
- Scheduling & dispatch — Coordinate daily routes and job assignments
- Quality control — Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets company standards
- Customer service — Resolve issues, handle escalations, and maintain strong client relationships
- Equipment oversight — Maintain truckmounts, portable units, and cleaning tools
- Inventory management — Track chemicals, supplies, and order replacements
- Reporting — Monitor KPIs, job completion rates, and technician performance
Desired Qualifications:
- 2+ years carpet cleaning or floor‑care experience
- 1+ year leadership or supervisory experience
- Strong communication and problem‑solving skills
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a fast‑paced environment
