Field Manager Seattle ADU Inc Kent, WA Job Details Full-time $60,000 - $65,000 a year 5 hours ago Qualifications Computer operation Customer communication Driver's License Attention to detail In-home experience Mobile devices Full Job Description Field ManagerPosition Summary We are seeking a motivated and organized Field Manager to oversee active projects, support our sales team, and ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. This role requires daily field visits to monitor project progress, maintain quality standards, coordinate with subcontractors, and serve as a key communication link between customers, sales representatives, and the office. Key Responsibilities Assist Sales Representatives by collecting customer payments, checks, signed completion forms, and other required project documentation. Conduct daily site visits to active projects to ensure work is being completed according to company standards and customer expectations. Monitor the quality of workmanship and verify that subcontractors are performing their assigned tasks properly, safely, and on schedule. Address customer questions and concerns promptly to ensure a positive customer experience throughout the project. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent customer service and regular project updates. Communicate project progress, issues, and completion status with office staff to ensure accurate scheduling and record keeping. Identify and report any job-site issues, delays, quality concerns, or safety violations. Ensure all required paperwork, photos, inspections, and project updates are submitted in a timely manner. Assist in coordinating project schedules and subcontractor activities to keep projects moving efficiently. Conduct final walkthroughs with customers and obtain signed completion documents when projects are finished. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. Experience in construction, home improvement, roofing, ADU's, or a related field is preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Basic computer and smartphone skills for reporting, communication, and documentation. The ideal candidate is proactive, dependable, customer-focused, and committed to ensuring every project is completed with the highest level of quality and professionalism.
Pay:
$60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
