This position is responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring high-quality workmanship from start to finish. We are a family-owned general contractor with over 40 years of experience delivering quality projects built on integrity, teamwork, and strong relationships. Responsibilities Oversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through closeout Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspectors, and field personnel Maintain project schedules and ensure milestones are met Enforce jobsite safety requirements and company safety policies Conduct daily site walks and quality control inspections Review plans, specifications, and submittals to ensure compliance Coordinate inspections and resolve field issues proactively Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation Assist with project planning, sequencing, and logistics Communicate effectively with project managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget Qualifications 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial or public works construction Strong understanding of construction means and methods Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Experience coordinating multiple trades and subcontractors Knowledge of OSHA and Washington State safety requirements Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage schedules and problem solve in the field Proficient with construction technology and reporting tools Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Preferred Experience Public works experience School, municipal, or occupied facility projects Concrete, carpentry, and sitework coordination Procore and/or Viewpoint experience First Aid/CPR and OSHA certifications What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Medical, dental, and vision insurance SEP IRA retirement plan Paid time off and holidays Company vehicle or vehicle allowance (depending on position) Supportive team-oriented culture About Pease Construction At Pease Construction, we take pride in delivering high-quality projects while maintaining strong relationships with our clients, subcontractors, and employees.
