MUST HAVE COMMERCIAL CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATION EXPERIENCE.
Looking for a top-shelf, standout person to fill our coordinator position! This person will work directly with our project manager and will provide assistance and support in the administrative aspects of project management. To be considered for the position: Successful candidates MUST complete the Predictive Index assessment

INDEED, click link (or copy/paste into browser) below: https://assessment.predictiveindex.com/bo/3S6G/InstallProjectCoordinator_Apr2026_165143 Main tasks: Documentation & Records Prepare, track, and distribute contracts, subcontracts, change orders, RFIs (Requests for Information), and submittals Maintain logs (submittals, RFIs, drawings, transmittals) Keep organized project files (digital and/or paper) Communication Hub Act as a point of contact between project managers, architects, engineers, field foremen, subcontractors, and owners Distribute drawings, specifications, addenda, and revisions to the right people Draft and send meeting minutes Scheduling & Coordination Help coordinate project schedules and meetings Monitor deadlines for submittals, approvals, and deliveries Track progress and flag delays to the project manager Assist with equipment rentals and returns Financial Administration Prepare pay applications, lien releases, and change orders Assist with budget tracking and reporting Ensure compliance with contract terms and insurance/bonding requirements Ensure accuracy of financial information on pay apps and invoices Compliance & Quality Control Ensure all parties submit required safety certifications, insurance certificates, permits, and licenses Track warranties, O&M manuals, and closeout documents Closeout Duties Collect as-builts, manuals, warranties, and final lien waivers Help prepare punch lists and ensure completion Skills Needed Strong organizational and time-management skills Familiarity with construction documents (blueprints, contracts, specs) Communication and coordination abilities Proficiency in software: Microsoft Office, Bluebeam, Adobe, Procore and other project management platforms Understanding of basic accounting principles (for invoices, pay apps, budgets) Successful candidates
