Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Gutter Installer to oversee and execute gutter installation projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading installation teams, ensuring quality workmanship, and maintaining safety standards. This role involves direct communication with customers to provide estimates, address questions, and ensure customer satisfaction throughout the project. The Lead Gutter Installer will play a key role in coordinating daily operations and delivering exceptional service. Duties Lead and supervise gutter installation teams to complete projects efficiently and to high-quality standards. Communicate effectively with customers regarding project details, timelines, and expectations. Provide accurate estimates for gutter installation services based on site assessments and customer requirements. Ensure all safety protocols are followed during installations to maintain a safe working environment. Coordinate with suppliers and manage materials to ensure timely delivery for each project. Inspect completed work to ensure it meets company standards and customer satisfaction. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during installation processes. Maintain a clean and organized work site throughout each project. Train and mentor team members to improve skills and promote teamwork. Experience Proven experience in gutter installation or related construction trades, with a strong understanding of roofing and drainage systems. Demonstrated leadership skills with prior experience supervising or leading teams on construction projects. Excellent communication skills, especially in interacting with customers to provide estimates and address inquiries. Ability to read blueprints, technical drawings, or specifications related to gutter systems is preferred. Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in construction environments. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are often required for site visits and material deliveries. Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
