Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Lead to engage in hands-on production and to assist in oversight and coordination of all aspects of residential construction and remodeling projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with quality standards. The Construction Lead will spearhead residential construction projects, manage on-site activities, supervise teams, and assist in training and employee growth. A proactive approach, strong leadership skills, great communication, and extensive residential construction experience are essential to excel in this position. Responsibilities Oversee and participate in daily construction site operations, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and project schedules. Coordinate with leadership, team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate seamless workflow. Supervise, train, and mentor construction crews, promoting a culture of safety, quality, expertise, and efficiency. Review blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to ensure accurate implementation of designs. Consistently and proactively communicate project status, material needs, equipment needs, issues, and changes. Implement best practices in construction to optimize time management, material use and handling, and the highest level of quality and customer outcomes. Qualifications Proven and extensive experience and skill in residential construction from project inception to completion including but not limited to framing, insulation, drywall, flooring, cabinet installation, concrete work, tile work, and finish work. Leadership experience is preferred. Extensive knowledge of construction site safety regulations such as OSHA standards. Skilled in blueprint reading, schematics interpretation, and implementation. Demonstrated ability to manage company resources, accounts, and expenses effectively, accurately, and honestly. Excellent communication skills for collaborating with leadership, clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members. Pay:
$30.00 - $40.00 per hour
