Job Description

Experience:
Senior Level Salary:
$160,000 - $200,000 per year Job Details - We're seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead multi-family construction projects from the field. You'll own the overall construction process: planning and scheduling, resource allocation, cost management, safety and compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction. Day to day, that includes producing and managing the 3-week look-ahead schedule, running subcontractor pre-cons and weekly foreman's meetings, daily field management of all trades, daily reporting and photo documentation, writing and resolving RFIs with the design team, and managing project close-out and punch. The ideal candidate brings multi-family experience (garden-style preferred), reads blueprints fluently, and has a strong command of civil construction including dirt work, grading, and layout. Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Builder Trend is expected. Above all, we're looking for a leader, not just a manager: someone who builds positive team environments, develops the people around them, and consistently delivers quality results on schedule. 7+ years of construction superintendent experience, with a track record leading projects from start to finish (adjust the number to your real floor) Direct experience on multi-family or garden-style residential projects Proven ability to manage large-scale builds (150+ units) on schedule and within budget Strong command of civil construction: dirt work, excavation, grading, staking, layout, cuts and fills Fluent reading blueprints, specifications, and submittals, with the ability to perform material take-offs Experience writing and resolving RFIs with the design team Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Builder Trend Demonstrated leadership developing assistant supers, foremen, and field crews High level of organization, follow-through, and attention to quality A bit about us: - We're a well established construction company building large-scale, garden-style multi-family communities throughout the South Puget Sound region. We've built a reputation for quality-driven work and a culture where people actually want to stay. We're growing steadily, and that growth is intentional: we'd rather hire the right person and do it well than chase volume. Our teams are tight, our standards are high, and we treat the people who build for us like the professionals they are. Why join us? - This isn't a one-project gig. We're hiring to sustain long-term growth, which means real stability and a clear runway of work ahead of you. You'll step into an active community already underway, then carry that momentum into the next project in the same corridor. If you're a true leader who wants to grow people, run a quality job, and work alongside a team that has your back, this is the kind of seat you can build a career on. We offer competitive pay, a strong annual bonus, and a benefits package built for people who plan to stick around. #construction #superintendent #leadership #garden-style-apartments #tier3
