$160,000 - $200,000 per year Job Details - We're seeking a Senior Superintendent to lead multi-family construction projects from the field. You'll own the overall construction process: planning and scheduling, resource allocation, cost management, safety and compliance, quality, and customer satisfaction. Day to day, that includes producing and managing the 3-week look-ahead schedule, running subcontractor pre-cons and weekly foreman's meetings, daily field management of all trades, daily reporting and photo documentation, writing and resolving RFIs with the design team, and managing project close-out and punch. The ideal candidate brings multi-family experience (garden-style preferred), reads blueprints fluently, and has a strong command of civil construction including dirt work, grading, and layout. Proficiency with MS Project, Procore, Bluebeam, and Builder Trend is expected.
