Revival Home and Professional Construction is a general contracting construction company known for high-quality craftsmanship on high-end new custom homes and residential remodels.
Job description:
The successful candidate will have 6-8 years of proven experience project managing new custom home builds and residential remodels. They will be experienced in the construction field, motivated, an excellent communicator, able to work alongside a team of professionals, and committed to providing clients with the highest-quality work. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: You will be responsible for managing and scheduling all phases of a construction project from pre-construction to closeout — ensuring timelines, budgets, quality and safety standards, and client satisfaction are achieved.
This includes:
Project Oversight - Managing all phases of a construction project from pre-construction to closeout Financial and budget management regarding the client's budget Planning and scheduling multiple coinciding projects, as well as coordinating with engineers, architects, clients, and relevant subcontractors Team leadership in instructing the construction team on the next phases of the project and how to complete those phases Communication to the client with how the project is progressing and what they can expect for next steps Risk management regarding the team's safety on the jobsite Documentation and reporting of communication made, decisions, and client preferences Use of Buildertrend software Quality assurance in delivering an excellent product to the client Problem solving to ensure client's satisfaction and the successful completion of the project according to timeline
Required Qualifications:
Proven 6+ years experience in construction work regarding high-end custom new homes and residential remodels An associate's or bachelor's degree Proven vocational experience in a professional work environment and project-management role Some commercial project management experience would be preferred Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to work well with others in a flexible environment Experience in Buildertrend software - Strongly preferred but willing to train for the right individual. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from job sites as needed. Why Revival?
