A Construction Project Manager supervises construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of construction projects, from residential, commercial and industrial buildings to roads, bridges and schools. Plans and coordinate all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors.

Job Description
This includes the development of innovative technology and advanced concepts from feasibility studies through design development, permitting, construction, and the turnover to Operations. This role will provide design management, technical direction, decision-making and overall leadership for our datacenter network infrastructure designs. To be successful in this role the candidate will oversee the delivery of multiple, concurrent, complete Datacenter design solutions aligned with the scopes, schedules, and budgets of the projects. Coordinate a team of architects, engineers and designers and deliver projects aligned with the defined scope, schedule, and budget. Collaborate with on-site operations teams to perform feasibility / gap analysis for conversion of existing datacenter spaces to new / upgraded uses. Have communication, organization, and leadership skills. Possess proficiency in commercial and industrial architecture and engineering with a primary focus on datacenter design. Able to work with other technical and non-technical groups in a fast-paced environment and do so with an even temperament. Able to work with integrity, be methodical, detailed-oriented with work ethics. Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or related field AND 4+ years of experience in engineering, architecture, network engineering, construction engineering, building forensics, OR equivalent experience. 2+ years experience managing cross-functional and/or cross-team design/construction projects. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings: Bachelor's Degree and 10+ years of engineering, architecture, construction engineering. 5+ years experience leading cross discipline engineering / Architectural teams in design for construction projects. Registered Professional Engineer or Architect PMP certification
