Job Summary Our client a leading healthcare & life sciences provider is seeking a Construction Project Manager to join their team! We are looking for candidates with experience working in healthcare systems of similar size to our client (multistate, inpatient + outpatient locations) on construction and unit remodel projects. This position is a 6 month, contract to hire role. This position is W-2 only. We do not work with third-party firms or C2C arrangements for this role. Core Responsibilities Manage one or more medium projects in Information Technology Plan, organize, and guide teams to execute project tasks efficiently and cost-effectively, ensuring successful outcomes Required Skills/Experience (Must-Haves) Experience working in healthcare systems of (multistate, inpatient + outpatient locations) on construction and unit remodel projects Prior experience in a healthcare environment required Demonstrated project experience in healthcare and/or biomedical engineering Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively Key Competencies & Behaviors Time management skills Scheduling and Communication skills Strong organizational skills

The approximate pay range for this position is between $30.00 and $43.00. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location. We comply with local wage minimums.
