Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to oversee all phases of commercial construction projects. The ideal candidate will manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and crews, maintain project schedules and budgets, and ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality requirements. Hotel construction experience is a plus.

Job Requirements:

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds as needed. Ability to travel and navigate construction sites in various weather conditions. Detail-oriented and able to work under pressure. Ability to monitor project schedules, costs, quality, and inventory. Knowledge of construction safety standards, building codes, permits, and regulations. Experience coordinating subcontractors, tradespeople, and laborers. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Experience in commercial construction; hotel construction experience preferred.
