Full-Time, Salaried PAY:
Starting at $90,000, with compensation based on experience and qualifications. Exceptional candidates will be compensated accordingly.

Health & retirement benefits, paid time off, company technology, company vehicle, and professional development As the Commercial Operations Manager, you'll oversee the operational success of commercial HVAC construction projects from contract award through closeout. You'll work closely with ownership, field leadership, customers, subcontractors, and vendors to keep projects organized, profitable, and moving forward. Success in this role is measured by identifying and resolving issues before they impact the project.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead project startup and turnover following contract award. Review contracts, scope, budgets, schedules, and project requirements. Develop and maintain project schedules and milestone tracking. Serve as the primary contact for general contractors, owners, architects, engineers, vendors, and subcontractors. Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, project documentation, and closeout requirements. Coordinate procurement, permits, inspections, equipment deliveries, startup, commissioning, and owner training. Coordinate labor needs with field leadership while allowing field supervisors to manage day-to-day installation. Track project costs, budgets, forecasts, and billing readiness. Provide Accounting with accurate project information needed to prepare pay applications, progress billings, retainage billings, and final invoices. Lead project meetings, assign action items, and ensure follow-through. Maintain project dashboards and communicate project status to ownership. Identify and resolve issues before they impact schedule, budget, customer satisfaction, or collections.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
5+ years of commercial construction project management or operations experience preferred. Commercial HVAC experience preferred. Experience managing commercial mechanical construction projects is also highly valued. Experience with contracts, scheduling, procurement, job costing, forecasting, and project closeout. Experience with Washington public works is a plus. Ability to read construction drawings, specifications, and contracts. Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency with Microsoft 365. Valid driver's license and the ability to travel to jobsites throughout Western Washington.
