$90,000 - $100,000 + Quarterly Bonus + Company Vehicle Join the #1 Custom Home Builder in the West Are you the person who can walk a piece of land and quickly start mapping out what it will take to make it build-ready? At Adair Homes, this role sits at the front end of every home we build. You will take raw land and turn it into a ready-to-build homesite by navigating site development, permitting, utilities, and budgets. This is a field-based, preconstruction-focused role where you will work closely with homeowners, trade partners, local jurisdictions, and our Sales team to solve site challenges and create a clear path to construction. If you enjoy figuring things out, working with people, and being the one who brings order to what can feel complex, you will likely thrive here.

What You'll Do:

Evaluate sites and determine what is needed to make them build-ready Develop and manage site development budgets Coordinate with engineers, excavators, and trade partners Navigate permitting and local jurisdiction requirements Oversee site prep including utilities, access, and infrastructure Partner with Sales to help customers understand site development scope and costs Communicate clearly with homeowners throughout the process Identify risks early and keep projects moving forward

What You'll Bring:

4+ years of experience in residential construction, site development, or land development (degree is a plus, not required) Strong working knowledge of permitting and local building requirements Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once Confidence working directly with customers and trade partners Clear communication and problem-solving skills Experience with project management tools (MS Project, KOVA, or similar) Bonus points for: Bluebeam experience Plot plan creation What to Expect in This Role This is a field-based role with regular site visits You will be working on multiple projects at different stages You will play a key role in shaping the customer experience early in the build process No two sites are the same, and that is part of what makes this role interesting Why Adair Homes?
