Superintendent

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Superintendent to lead and oversee ground up construction projects. This role is vital in ensuring that all projects and daily operations are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards. The Superintendent will coordinate teams, manage resources, and implement maintenance strategies to optimize facility performance. A proactive leader with strong technical expertise, ability to manage civil plans and subcontractors, and excellent management skills will thrive in this energetic environment dedicated to continuous improvement and operational excellence. Good communication and experience with Procore daily logs is a requirement for this position. The project we are currently hiring for is a PEMB project.

Pay:

$100,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
