Construction Project Manager

J.E. John Construction is seeking to bring on a commercial construction Project Manager to become a long-term member of our team. J.E. Responsibilities Estimating:

Estimate/Budget upcoming projects.

Financial Performance:

Track project costs, approve invoices and provide detailed monthly reporting to upper management of project financial health.

Schedule Management:

Develop initial master schedule and update master schedule during course of the project as necessary. Work with Site Superintendent to ensure project delivers on schedule.

Contract Administration:

Draft subcontracts and purchase orders. Ensure strict compliance with scopes, specs and owner contracts.

Client & Partner Relations:

Cultivate/maintain long-term relationships with owners, architects and trade partners.

Construction Managerment:

Review and track RFI's, submittals and change order with design team / Owner.

Project Closeout:

Manage timely compilation of closeout package by PMA. Qualifications Candidate to have a proven track record of experience on commercial construction projects. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field or equivalent practical experience. Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project is preferred. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills—able to juggle multiple priorities with urgency. Must act in professional manner and have high moral character. Compensation & Benefits In Accordance With The Washington Equal Pay And Opportunity Act, Section RCW 49.58.110, The Base Salary Range For This Position Is $95,000 - $120,000 J.E. John offers a competitive total benefits and compensation package including performance-based bonuses, premium health care coverage including dental, employer-matched 401(k), paid holidays and time-off. The determination of salary is based on the candidate's individual professional experience, qualifications, education, skills, and training.
