Downtown Beaver Dam, WI This is not an entry-level position. Prior office experience is required. Opportunity for full-time in the future About Us HH Improvements is a family-owned home improvement company serving Beaver Dam and the surrounding communities. We specialize in roofing, siding, gutters, remodeling, and exterior projects. Our company takes pride in quality workmanship, honest service, and treating every customer like a neighbor. We are growing and looking for a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the owner and help keep projects running smoothly. Position Overview This is a key position in our office, working directly with the owner/project manager and estimator to help manage the flow of projects from estimate to completion. The Administrative Assistant will help coordinate estimates, assist with scheduling, communicate with customers, and handle ordering materials for upcoming jobs. If you enjoy organization, communication, and being the person who keeps everything running efficiently, this may be a great fit for you. Responsibilities Manage the estimate process from start to finish (tracking, follow-ups, documentation) Communicate with customers regarding estimates, approvals, and scheduling Order materials and coordinate delivery with suppliers Work directly with the owner/project manager/estimator Schedule appointments and job timelines Maintain organized records and office files Coordinate with vendors and suppliers Provide general office support as needed Qualifications Available Monday-Friday for 30+ hours per week Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong communication skills (phone, email, and in person) Comfortable with technology and learning new software Reliable and self-motivated Construction or home improvement experience is helpful but not required if skills are strong What We Offer Starting pay: $20/hour (based on experience) Supportive team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with an established local company Hands-on experience in the construction and home improvement industry A great team with a strong teamwork mentality If you are someone who takes pride in organization, communication, and helping a business run efficiently, we would love to hear from you.
