We are seeking a F&I Manager for our Venus Ford dealership in Cudahy, WI. Under the direction of the General Manager, the F&I Manager will own the job duties listed below:

ResponsibilitiesWorking directly with customers to explain and recommend financing options, extended warranties, aftermarket products and other optionsProcessing applications for vehicle financing and helping customers get approvedMaintain strong relationships with lending institutions to have lots of program options and competitive ratesSeek out new programs that benefit customersEnsure compliance by following all local, state and federal regulationsTrain the sales team on available financing and programsRequirements3+ years of F&I Manager experienceCertified training in menu selling preferredValid drivers licenseAbility to work in a fast-paced work environmentDetail-OrientedFocused on maintaining a high level of customer serviceExcellent communication skillsBenefitsCompetitive Compensation PlansMedical, Dental & VisionOptional Life & Disability Insurance401k with Company MatchEmployee Discount ProgramPTO & Holiday PayGrowth and Advancement OpportunitiesContinuous Training and DevelopmentFlexible Scheduling - no
