  • ConstructionSummary / Objective Responsible for successfully completing projects in accordance with established goals related to safety, budget, quality, and schedule.
Evaluates project scope and prepares accurate proposals, cost estimates, and budgets. Develops project plans to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction. Serves as the primary point of contact and coordinates between all internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Functions Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Plan, direct, and coordinate activities across all phases of assigned projects to ensure timely completion within budget and funding parameters. Prepare, review, and submit project proposals, job estimates, construction drawings, and specifications to determine timelines, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation. Coordinate and secure necessary permits including Building, Erosion Control, and Dewatering permits as required. Build and maintain strong relationships to support client/owner engagement and business growth. Manage changes in project scope and update estimates and pricing accordingly. Collaborate closely with Superintendents, Project Management Assistants, Project Engineers, Owners, Architects, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Provide regular updates and continuous feedback on project progress. Assist in resolving disputes involving Owners, Subcontractors, Suppliers, and Vendors. Prepare project status reports and participate in regular construction and project management meetings. Review and approve invoices, submit pay applications, manage job cost adjustments, and issue subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders. Conduct periodic job cost and performance analysis. Ensure adherence to all safety and quality standards across projects. Basic Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Project Management certification preferred. 4-6 years of relevant work or internship experience, preferably in the construction industry. Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong ability to read construction drawings, interpret codes, and understand all phases of building design. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities under tight deadlines. Experience in training, mentoring, and developing Assistant Project Managers. Willingness and ability to travel to project sites as needed. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

$100,000.00
