Key ResponsibilitiesLead MEPFP scope from preconstruction through project closeout.

Oversee HVAC, chilled water, plumbing, electrical, and fire protection systems.

Ensure code compliance, quality control, and schedule adherence.
Mentor project teams and support commissioning and turnover activities.
Qualifications4+ years of MEP design, engineering, or construction management experience.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems.
Experience with preconstruction, estimating, budgeting, and cost control.
Design-build and MEP coordination experience preferred.
Proficiency with Bluebeam, Revit, BIM 360, Procore, or similar tools.
Healthcare, commercial, hospitality, or industrial construction experience preferred.
PE license is a plus.

$120,000 - $160,000 (Based on Experience)Position OverviewSeeking an experienced MEP Manager to lead MEP/FP design, preconstruction, and construction activities across commercial, healthcare, hospitality, and industrial projects.
