This organization has built a strong reputation across commercial, industrial, and specialty construction projects by prioritizing collaboration, innovation, and long-term relationships. They are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee projects from pre-construction through completion. This individual will manage schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and at the highest quality standards. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from planning through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, field personnel, and internal project teams Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, contracts, and change orders Lead project meetings and maintain strong communication with clients and stakeholders Troubleshoot project challenges proactively and collaborate with internal teams to develop solutions Ensure compliance with safety standards, building codes, and quality expectations Track project costs, labor, production rates, and materials throughout each phase of construction Support procurement, estimating, and pre-construction activities as needed Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting Qualifications 1-2+ years of project management experience within commercial construction Experience managing ground-up and/or tenant improvement projects preferred Strong understanding of construction processes, scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and construction management software Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment Preferred Background Experience with commercial, industrial, retail, office, or mixed-use construction projects Design/build construction experience Knowledge of general contracting operations and field coordination Culture Collaborative, team-oriented environment with strong cross-functional support High level of autonomy and ownership within project teams Open-door leadership culture focused on transparency and communication Innovative organization that embraces evolving construction technologies and methods Opportunity to work on unique and impactful projects throughout the region If you are a motivated construction professional looking to join a company that values innovation, collaboration, and ownership, we encourage you to apply.
