Director Salary:
$180,000 - $225,000 per year Job Details - As a Project Executive, you will serve as the senior leader on a portfolio of complex commercial construction projects, driving performance from preconstruction through closeout while cultivating lasting client relationships across multiple markets. Key Responsibilities Provide executive-level oversight across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery on scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards Serve as the primary client relationship owner — building trust, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities for continued partnership Lead, mentor, and develop project management teams; foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement Partner with preconstruction on pursuits, proposals, and estimating to support business development efforts Monitor project financials, proactively identify risks, and implement corrective action as needed Champion our

® culture on every project and at every level of the team Represent the firm in owner, architect, and subcontractor meetings with professionalism and strategic clarity What We're Looking For 10+ years of progressive construction management experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a senior PM or executive-level role Proven track record managing complex commercial projects across multiple market sectors Strong financial acumen with experience managing project P&Ls and forecasting Exceptional communication and leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams and build client confidence Experience with construction management software (Procore, CMiC, or equivalent) Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred A bit about us: - We are one of Wisconsin's most respected commercial construction firms, delivering high-quality work across healthcare, corporate, industrial, multifamily, and institutional markets for over 75 years.
