Job Description
Job Title:
Construction/Project Manager As a Construction Manager, you will oversee the entire construction project at an industrial site. Your role will involve ensuring the project is completed within budget and in compliance with safety protocols. Responsibilities Review and provide input on engineering information packages. Facilitate project safety plans and oversee safety measures in the field. Schedule and coordinate construction crews, tracking and reporting on project progress. Actively manage project costs. Facilitate and develop labor and material estimates, perform material takeoffs, and enter requisitions. Essential Skills Construction management Blueprint reading Change order management Request for Information (RFI) handling Electrical and mechanical expertise Industrial construction knowledge Proficiency in MS Project Familiarity with construction documents Lean Six Sigma and lean manufacturing principles OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications Construction scheduling Additional Skills & Qualifications Degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field Experience in scheduling and managing job costs Industrial experience is a plus Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Green Bay, WI. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $110000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
