Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and results-driven Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing commercial construction team in Milwaukee. This role is responsible for both preconstruction estimating and full-cycle project management, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key ResponsibilitiesEstimating / PreconstructionPrepare accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimates for commercial projectsSolicit and evaluate subcontractor and supplier bidsDevelop scopes of work and bid packagesAnalyze drawings, specifications, and project requirementsAssist in value engineering and budgeting effortsProject ManagementOversee projects from award through closeoutDevelop and manage project schedules and budgetsCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field staffLead client and internal project meetingsManage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and project documentationEnsure compliance with safety and quality standardsQualifications3-10+ years of experience in commercial construction (GC experience preferred)Strong estimating and project management skillsAbility to read and interpret construction documentsProficiency in estimating and project management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Sage, or similar)Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
