Full-time Description:

This includes engineering teams, distributors, and more than 100 qualified construction crews with extensive experience across all ISP types and markets; over 300 experienced bury drop crews; and more than 700 professional technicians. We are seeking a Construction Supervisor to join our team in the La Crosse, WI (1108 Venture Place, Onalaska, WI 54650) area. In this role you will support all phases of construction projects and manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of team members. Why TAK? Full Time M-F 7am- 4pm with OT possible
Paid Weekly Compensation:

The Role Support all phases of construction projects Develop skillsets and knowledge of construction teams
- both aerial and underground Review, update and maintain team data Manage all aspects of the day-to-day operations of team members; headcount requirements Work with leaders to delegate tasks when relevant Keep safety as #1 priority for each team member: adhere to company safety standards and all federal, state and local laws Drive team to meet deadlines and produce quality projects Provide a high level of customer service when interfacing with customers Give direction to multiple crews and their job site activities Build and maintain positive relationships with utilities, clients, permitting agencies and government officials as needed Handle customer and contractor problems related to projects Work in a variety of environments; indoors, outdoors, elevated, tight spaces etc.
Requirements:
3+ years of relevant aerial and/or underground construction leadership experience required Prior construction industry experience; Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, map reading, etc., a plus Ability to be flexible and manage changing priorities Ability to travel in market and occasionally to other markets, open to a variety of schedules and accessible outside of normal business hours as needed Excellent customer service, time management, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Ability to communicate effectively in-person or virtually Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external customers Ability to give feedback; positive and negative when needed Strong desire to grow and develop team members Ability to complete work indoors, outdoors, in tight spaces and elevated by bending, reaching, twisting, climbing as needed Ability to safely navigate various terrains, managing equipment and tools A body weight of no more than 275 pounds to perform ladder work safely.- Safety is our #1 Priority.
