Job Description Manager, Business Development With offices in Illinois, Wisconsin, Indiana, and Ohio, Pepper Construction is a national general contracting and construction management firm that primarily serves the private sector. Pepper Construction provides clients the experience and resources of a national company, combined with the hands-on approach of a local company. The Manager, Business Development works to improve the company's market position in the Madison, Wisconsin area and achieve sustainable revenue growth. This externally focused position reports to the location's project director and is a strategic sales and business development role focused on generating business opportunities, building key customer relationships, contributing to project pursuit efforts and maintaining extensive knowledge of current market conditions. The Manager, Business Development will work closely with operational business leaders, marketing production staff and others to increase sales opportunities and successfully land project pursuits contributing to increased market share in Madison, Wisconsin.
