Job Description

CONSTRUCTION PROJECT MANAGER
Khalek Building Services (KBS) - Oak Creek, WI Khalek Building Services (KBS) is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, architects, and project stakeholders. Responsibilities Manage projects from award through closeout Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Prepare and manage subcontracts, purchase orders, and change orders Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, lenders, and municipal agencies Track project costs and profitability Prepare owner pay applications and monthly project reports Lead project meetings and maintain meeting minutes Manage project documentation through Procore Support estimating and preconstruction efforts when needed Assist with contract administration and project compliance Qualifications 5+ years of commercial construction project management experience Experience with multifamily, retail, healthcare, education, restaurant, or commercial projects Strong understanding of construction contracts and project financials Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and cost control Procore experience preferred Excellent communication and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred Benefits Competitive salary Health insurance 401(k) Paid holidays Paid time off Performance-based bonus opportunities Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization If you are looking to join a company where your work has a direct impact and where leadership is actively involved in project success, we would love to hear from you.
Pay:
$90,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year
