They own their personal development and create strong relationships with our customers. They sell the majority of their own work. Our project managers manage portfolios of \"complicated\" buildings. As a Grunau Service Sales Project Manager, you will be responsible for building a client base, selling and maintaining preventive maintenance agreements, executing small simple projects, working in a team, and developing strong lasting customer relations.

Job Specifics:

Utilize robust networking and relationship building skills to create and expand a client base. Effectively create and sell appealing preventive maintenance agreements. Provide exceptional customer service with the goal of maintaining and strengthening client relationships and agreements. Contribute and work well with a strong, passionate team.

Qualifications and Experience:

3-5 years of project management or relevant experience. HVAC/Mechanical industry experience. Experience providing superior customer service. Capacity to work on a high performing team Able to price simple mechanical proposals utilizing Grunau's pricing system Motivated by providing first class customer service Skilled at managing many tasks / multitasking. Aptitude for learning new software/systems Positive attitude Driven to help teammates to win

Physical Requirements:

Possess ability to independently navigate job sites and climb ladders as warranted.
