Monday-Friday + rotating on-call schedule Overview We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with reconstruction experience to oversee residential and commercial restoration projects from start to finish. This role manages crews, schedules, budgets, and customer communication while ensuring projects are completed on time and to high quality standards. This is a hands-on leadership role ideal for someone with construction or restoration project management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Manage restoration and reconstruction projects from start to completion Schedule and coordinate production crews and subcontractors Monitor job progress, timelines, and budgets Communicate with customers and insurance adjusters Identify change orders and coordinate supplements when needed Ensure quality workmanship and jobsite safety Maintain job documentation and project updates in company systems Conduct final walkthroughs and ensure proper project closeout Qualifications 3+ years of construction or restoration project management experience Construction background required Strong organization and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Valid driver's license
Preferred:
Restoration industry experience Knowledge of Xactimate or insurance restoration processes IICRC or OSHA knowledge Work Schedule Typical hours 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday start time: 7:00 AM Participation in rotating after-hours on-call schedule Work Environment Projects may involve water, fire, or storm damage environments. Appropriate PPE is provided. The role requires lifting up to 70 lbs and working in active construction sites. Why Join Us? $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
