Job Description As a Superintendent, you will: Manage all daily jobsite operations from project start through completion Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and onsite personnel Develop and maintain project schedules Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within quality standards Conduct daily safety meetings and site inspections Monitor project progress and address field challenges proactively Interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents Coordinate project logistics and material deliveries Maintain accurate daily reports and project documentation Communicate regularly with Project Managers, clients, and stakeholders Support punch list completion and project closeout activities MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will have: 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent or similar field leadership role Strong commercial construction experience Proven ability to manage subcontractors, schedules, and site operations Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing, and safety regulations Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Excellent communication and leadership skills Experience with project scheduling and quality control Proficiency with construction technology and reporting tools Strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities A commitment to safety, quality, and client satisfaction Experience managing commercial, industrial, institutional, or public-sector projects is highly preferred.
