Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Foreman/Superintendent to lead and oversee construction projects from inception to completion. This role is vital in ensuring that projects are executed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive construction site experience, and a comprehensive understanding of construction management software and scheduling tools. As a key member of our team, you will coordinate subcontractors, manage daily operations on-site, and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will drive project success and client satisfaction. Responsibilities Lead and supervise all on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project plans, schematics, and blueprints Coordinate with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to facilitate smooth workflow and timely delivery of materials Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or similar construction management software Monitor safety protocols diligently to ensure OSHA compliance and promote a culture of safety among all team members Oversee quality control processes to guarantee work meets specified standards and contractual requirements Manage project budgets by tracking costs, reviewing contracts, and implementing effective cost control measures Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings accurately for proper execution of work Conduct regular site inspections using tools like ohmmeters to troubleshoot electrical systems and ensure proper installation Implement construction estimating procedures using HeavyBid or comparable software for accurate project costing Supervise subcontractors and labor crews, providing guidance on work sequencing, safety practices, and technical procedures Maintain comprehensive documentation including daily logs, incident reports, progress photos, and safety records Skills Extensive experience in construction site management with proven supervising capabilities Proficiency in construction management software such as ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, Primavera, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools Strong knowledge of construction management principles including budgeting, scheduling, quality control, and contract administration Ability to read complex blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings with precision Solid understanding of OSHA safety standards and best practices for construction site safety compliance Skilled in project scheduling techniques with a focus on optimizing workflows and resource allocation Excellent management skills with the ability to lead teams effectively while fostering a collaborative environment Hands-on experience with construction estimating processes for accurate project planning Familiarity with pipeline installation projects or heavy civil construction is a plus Technical aptitude in using tools such as ohmmeters for electrical system troubleshooting Strong communication skills for coordinating with clients, subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams Join us as we build exceptional projects that stand the test of time! $80,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
