A Commercial Construction Project Manager supervises commercial construction projects from beginning to end, ensuring that projects are completed within time and budgetary constraints. Controls the time, cost and quality of projects. Plans and coordinates all aspects of the construction process, including hiring contractors and working with engineers, architects and vendors. Often works with construction superintendent.

Assist with scheduling, progress reporting, and maintaining project timelines and milestones. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of labor and materials. Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to verify scope, accuracy, and compliance. Help manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and logs. Monitor site activities to support quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to plans. Assist with budget tracking, cost control, and preparation of pay applications. Communicate regularly with the project team, consultants, and clients to support issue resolution.
