Founded by executives from larger GCs, they are looking to add an assistant project manager who wants to grow with the company for the long-haul in both responsibility and compensation.
Client Overview:
$30M/YR in annual revenue Projects in the commercial and multifamily sectors Full CM model - no self-perform trades Leadership team that acts as leaders, not bosses Job Description Plan, coordinate, and track all phases of commercial construction projects. Assist with scheduling, progress reporting, and maintaining project timelines and milestones. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of labor and materials. Review drawings, specifications, and submittals to verify scope, accuracy, and compliance. Help manage project documentation, including RFIs, change orders, meeting minutes, and logs. Monitor site activities to support quality control, safety compliance, and adherence to plans. Assist with budget tracking, cost control, and preparation of pay applications. Communicate regularly with the project team, consultants, and clients to support issue resolution.
