Comprehensive Benefits Package + Travel Allowances + Additional Project-Related Allowances A growing commercial construction firm is seeking a Project Manager to join its team in the Waukesha, WI area. This is an excellent opportunity for an emerging construction professional ready to take the next step in their career with a company known for delivering high-quality projects across multiple commercial sectors. We are looking for a motivated Project Manager with 3-5 years of commercial construction experience who can successfully support and manage projects from pre-construction through closeout. Experience with retail construction projects is highly desirable, but candidates with backgrounds in other commercial sectors are encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Manage commercial construction projects from planning through completion. Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, vendors, architects, and internal teams. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines. Monitor project progress and proactively address issues to keep projects on track. Review project documentation, contracts, RFIs, submittals, and change orders. Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and company procedures. Assist with project forecasting, reporting, and cost control. Support field teams and maintain strong communication throughout all phases of construction. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction project management, project engineering, or construction management. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred. Experience with commercial construction projects; retail construction experience is a plus. Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with construction management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Willingness and ability to travel as needed for project requirements.
