Job description Residential Construction Project Manager At Strongwood, we build more than custom homes. We build remarkable spaces and lasting relationships. As our residential construction division continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to lead high-end custom home projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for a highly organized, relationship-driven construction professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, communication, leadership, and delivering an exceptional client experience. As our residential construction division continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Residential Construction Project Manager to lead high-end custom home projects from pre-construction through completion. This role is ideal for a highly organized, relationship-driven construction professional who takes pride in craftsmanship, communication, leadership, and delivering an exceptional client experience. Key Responsibilities Manage residential construction projects from pre-construction through completion Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and timelines Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, inspections, and field operations Collaborate closely with clients, architects, designers, and internal Strongwood teams Lead project communication and maintain a high level of client satisfaction throughout the build process Review plans, specifications, selections, and scopes of work for accuracy and constructability Manage project documentation, change orders, RFIs, and approvals within Buildertrend Conduct regular jobsite visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety Proactively identify and solve project challenges before they impact schedule or budget Ensure projects meet Strongwood quality standards and local building codes Support estimating, bidding, and budgeting processes as needed Maintain strong relationships with subcontractors and trade partners Participate in project meetings, internal planning sessions, and company initiatives Qualifications 10+ years of residential construction project management experience preferred Experience managing luxury custom homes strongly preferred Strong understanding of residential construction methods, scheduling, budgeting, and project sequencing Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Experience with Buildertrend or similar construction management software preferred Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
